I remember I used to train you know for the Olympia's and I was a furnace
anyway so I was eating the seven meals a day you know fat burners and doing the
cardio my metabolism is a lot faster I recently like come to be in this place
it was like I would sweat out a gallon of water you know yeah a lot more
everyone always sits in the same hydrated in Vegas but I sweat so much more
when I come to California it's pretty hot probably by your place the daily
times though actually had to wear a jacket what's funny I bring a sweatshirt
for the nights you know because in Vegas it's still 100 a year and it's like
whatever city yeah we thought about it like it's so cold and so fine there's
other place in the world that there's so much West I wore long pants yeah maybe
sweatpants [Music] hi so so last week I did pullovers just stretch my chest and
a lot of people say they don't really feel the pullover movement for the chest
they show more in the last but what I'm gonna do now is mention this before
this is something Dori needs in Hawaii back in 99 so what I'm gonna do is I'm
gonna go pull down but I'm actually gonna pull with my chest and not with my
last which just sounds crazy but I'm actually gonna just stretch the chest it's
gonna kind of pump I'm gonna focus on it's a minor muscle connection I'm
squeezing the chest as I go through the motion and you notice I'm only gonna
come down to like here and only that's the motion and I'm focusing on the chest
I'm gonna do 12 reps there's it's like 140 and I'm gonna lean my legs are dirty
