snacks I don't really snack I eat at 6:30 in the morning I eat my breakfast I
get lunch about 12:30 1:00 o'clock and then we eat dinner between 6:00 and 6:30
if I do need a snack I love moon cheese which we bought Costco or you can do
the prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella cheeses you can do pickles and any kind of
deli meats and cheese hard-boiled eggs if I really really am hungry I need to
snack I love doing a hard-boiled egg so there's all kinds of keto proof snacks
but I really don't honestly snack anymore but if I have to those are what I
have all the time on hand and for the holidays she said I struggled holidays
