Keto Fit better
on the inside that I feel like it's coming through on the outside and I just
the energy the sleep oh my goodness do I sleep so much better and yes I have
more energy now I have my days where I do still feel run down a lot of that is
during the time of the month that us ladies have I feel very rundown the
biggest thing I can tell you is when you are tired listen to your body and
sleep get rest sleep is so much more important than exercise or your checklist
get your rest there are Sundays I'm so exhausted and I listen to my body and I'll
go to bed at 8 o'clock and I wake up at my 5 a.m. feeling is so refreshed and
I'll have slept all the whole night through and then there's some days I can't
fall asleep till 10 and then I'm up at 5:00 and I'm fine listen to your body
and when you need rest rest and hydrate lots of water I'm just wondering about
your sweet treats and do you think they slow weight-loss I don't know I've lost
72 I lost 72 pounds in a year as I sit here and film this I'm now at 76 pounds
lost I can honestly tell you if they do I'm still happy with my weight loss and
also being able to make keto approach sweets is just what helps it keeps us
satisfied keeps us going I love being able to have blueberry muffins I love
being able to make the cinnamon muffins or when I feel like a crave cheesecake
I can make little keto cheesecakes so one thing I have found though is either
little muffins or cookies is just enough one cookie a day as a treat is just
enough I don't need any more than that but that has been I think part of the reason
I've been able to maintain this lifestyle is because there are keto approved
sweet and I highly recommend making your own making your own sweets muffins fat
bombs versus the ones that are now marketed that they're packaging and marketed
for keto I would suggest making your own with ingredients that you can read
ingredients that you know that you used I would like to know what was your best
resource for finding everything you needed to know about the keto diet and
cooking recipe books I've got that video I will link down below dr. eric berg

watch i will link down below my keto pinterest recipe board full of all the
recipes that I have pinned and used I'll link that down below you just have to
go out there and seek the the read best resources for you but I will definitely

check that out someone said I try but I find myself cheating quite often which
is detrimental my weight loss to my weight loss do you have any tips on staying
